Does the robot work in the rain?
Light rain is fine. In heavy rain or on a waterlogged lawn, the robot returns to its dock automatically and the cloud reschedules the missed mowing — nothing for you to do.
How loud is the robot?
Around 58–62 dB while mowing — about the level of normal conversation, far quieter than a petrol mower. We can also schedule mowing windows that suit you.
What if the robot or dock is stolen or damaged?
All equipment is owned and insured by GardenOS. Faults are resolved with an on-site full-unit swap so service never stops; theft is handled with a police report and a prompt replacement.
Is it safe around pets and children?
Blades stop within milliseconds if the robot is lifted or tilted, and it only operates inside pre-planned paths. For safety, please keep the lawn clear while the robot is working — keep people, children and pets out of the mowing area.
What do I need to prepare?
Just an outdoor power point for the charging dock, and clear hoses or toys from the lawn during mowing windows. We handle the rest.
My garden has several separate lawns — is that OK?
The on-site survey plans a zone layout for each lawn. Where connecting passages are too narrow, manually moving the robot is included in the service.
